【3rd Place Recipe Contest】 Mushroom and Ground Pork with Shuto baked in Olive Oil

《 材料 》
2 Servings
Mushroom (brown) 4
Paprika (yellow and red) 2
Onion (minced) 0.5
Ground Pork 100g
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Katsuo (bonito) Shuto 1 tbsp
Salt and pepper Small amount

作り方

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add ground pork and onion and season with salt and pepper.

Place ① on a heat-resistant dish, add both yellow and red paprika. Add mushrooms on top. Mix olive oil and Katsuo (bonito) Shuto to make sauce. Pour over top.

Bake in oven for about 15 minutes.
