| Paprika (yellow and red) | 2 | 
| Onion (minced) | 0.5 | 
| Ground Pork | 100g | 
| Olive Oil | 2 tbsp | 
| Katsuo (bonito) Shuto | 1 tbsp | 
| Salt and pepper | Small amount | 
作り方

Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Add ground pork and onion and season with salt and pepper.

Place ① on a heat-resistant dish, add both yellow and red paprika. Add mushrooms on top. Mix olive oil and Katsuo (bonito) Shuto to make sauce. Pour over top.

Bake in oven for about 15 minutes.
