Scallion for garnish | As needed |
Extra virgin olive oil | 1 tbsp |

作り方

Drain water from tofu and place on plate. Add Katsuo (bonito) Shuto. Add chopped scallions and then drizzle on olive oil. Sprinkle black pepper.
