作り方

Smooth both edges and cross cut the middle of the Daikon (white radish). By doing so, it cooks faster and evenly.

Apply Katsuo (bonito) Shuto on the surface of the white radish and heat it in the microwave for about 3 ~ 4 minutes.

Using a Teflon skillet pan, fry the radish until golden brown.
コツ・ポイント
When using the microwave to heat the radish, place it in plastic wrap for better cooking.
