Katsuo (bonito) Shuto 2 tsp
Wasabi Small amount
Olive oil As needed

Arrange the sliced octopus on a plate. Add Katsuo (bonito) Shuto. Garnish with wasabi and drizzle a small amount of olive oil.

コツ・ポイント

Depending on the thickness and size of the octopus, adjust the amount of Shuto and wasabi. Wasabi goes well with Katsuo (bonito) Shuto.
