Okura is rubbed in salt then boiled. Cut into small slices.

Run the leek through water after slicing then drain.

Mix ① and ② well, add Shiokara, then serve.
コツ・ポイント
Adjust the taste by the amount of Shiokara used. In addition to the original flavour, Shiokara with Yuzu (a type of citrus fruit) mixed is recommended.
