《 材料 》
1 Serving
● Onion (sliced) half (medium size)
● Cucumber (shredded) 1/3
● Myoga ginger (shredded) (It's a deciduous perennial plant and only the young, tender flower buds are eaten.) half
Squid Shiokara 30g
Sesame oil Small amount
White sesame seeds Small amount

作り方

Cut all vegetables and rinse well.

● Mix the cut and washed vegetables with sesame oil. On another dish, place ● and add Shiokara with white sesame seeds on top.

去皮咸鱿鱼
