1. | Cut the wrapper in half diagonally to be triangular. | |

2. | Slice the avocado into 6 equal parts and cut the cheese into portions equal in size to the avocado. | |
3. | Put one shiso leaf in the wrapper. Add cheese, avocado, 1/6 of Maguro (tuna) Shuto, and sprinkle with a little pepper. | |
