7~8 chicken servings
● Chicken (bite sized)200g
● Katsuo (bonito) Shuto30g
● Japanese sake1 tbsp
● Grated ginger1 tsp
● Grated garlic0.5 tsp
● Sesame oil1 tsp
● Mayonnaise1 tsp
● Bonito granules1 tsp
● Kelp granules0.5 tsp
● Black PepperAs needed
Corn StarchAs needed
OilAs needed
LemonAs needed

Directions

1. Mix the ingredients with ● in a bowl and leave for about 20~30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil to 160゚C.
3. Sprinkle ① with corn starch and fry in oil for about 4 minutes.
4. Serve on a plate and garnish with lemon.
