Shuto and Ginger Porridge

Japanese Dashi (Dashi dissolved in hot water or broth can be used as an alternative. Dashi is the term for a cooking base or broth. It is used extensively in traditional Japanese cooking.)1 tbsp
Maguro (tuna) Shuto mild type1 tbsp
Grated gingerAs needed
Scallion1 tbsp

Directions

1. Sprinkle Japanese style dashi on porridge. (Dashi can be cooked in the rice cooker.)
2. Add Shuto to the centre of the porridge then garnish it with ginger and chopped scallions.
