Directions

1. In a small bowl, place the sliced Kamaboko on top of the Shiso leaf.
2. Top with the Shiokara and a slice of lemon.

Tips and Pointers

This appetiser can be garnished with shredded yuzu (a type of citrus fruit) peel.
