【2nd Place Recipe Contest】 Leek and Shuto Stir-fry stuffed in Kinchaku

Fried tofu2
Leek (coarsely chopped)2
Katsuo (bonito) shuto2 tbsp
Sesame oilAs needed

Directions

1. Cut the fried tofu in half and leave the inside open.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add leeks and Katsuo (bonito) Shuto, then stir-fry however you prefer.
3. Stuff ② into fried tofu and close the opening with a toothpick.
4. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan again and cook until the fried tofu is golden brown.

Tips and Pointers

Leave the leek with a crispy taste or stir fry until it melts. 【What is Kinchaku…?】 Kinchaku is a pouch of deep fried bean curd.
